The Vietnamese Bowl is our modern spin on the commonly known 'Bun Thit'. A healthy vermicelli salad, well balanced flavours & structures and - as always - served with some crispy fried spring rolls.

Banh mi literally means bread or baguette. Due to the French colonial period the baguette was introduced in Vietnam.
The banh mi’s (the Vietnamese baguettes) are made on special recipe for Viet View to get them light and fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The bakery delivers the bread every day to Viet View in order for you to enjoy freshly made baguettes.

Goi cuon are fresh rice paper rolls. At Viet View we roll the Goi cuon right in front of you and fill the rolls with all kind of fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli, herbs and by choice pork, rib-eye, shrimps, tofu or chicken.
The rice paper rolls are light, fresh and healthy. And the most important they are full of pure flavors. Some of the rolls that we have at Viet View are totally gluten free, so ask for those when you have an intolerance for gluten.
Fresh rice paper rolls (4 pieces) filled with little gem, vermicelli, cucumber, carrots, chives, coriander & mint. Served with Hoisin sauce or Vietnamese vinaigrette and by choice the following filling:

We are located in the Foodhallen in Amsterdam and sometimes you can find us at festivals and parties (e.g. Taste of Amsterdam festival 2015, Patronen event 2015 in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Catering for Vietnamese ambassador and business partners)
